Our Founders
Turning Passion Into Purpose
Eric Lambermont
Eric holds a Bachelor’s in Technical Engineering and MBA focused on finance and healthcare. A seasoned entrepreneur, he has built and profitably exited several employment and finance-related ventures. Eric previously served as CFO of real estate development firm Change+, playing a key role in selling two residential towers to pension funds.
Presently, Eric is interim director of a 5-star Amsterdam hotel while overseeing the expansion of a fast-growth dental practice and an AI tax software platform. He remains an active investor across a multitude of industries including healthcare, real estate, and blockchain technologies.
Vijay Mehra
Vijay holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics. He is renowned for his passion for commercial real estate and investments in SaaS, AI, and blockchain startups. Previously, Vijay served as Founder and CEO of Rethink, one of the fastest growing real estate software companies in the U.S. He built Rethink into the #1 rated Salesforce-based commercial real estate app before a successful private equity exit. Vijay operates a thriving Austin coworking space and leads development of a 100,000 sq ft creative office campus. He lends his leadership to the boards of multiple emerging companies.
